WL, WLW series vertical (oil-free) reciprocating vacuum pump-reciprocating vacuum pump
The new WL series vertical reciprocating vacuum pump is an updated product of the original W-type horizontal reciprocating vacuum pump. Compared with the W-type pump, it has the following characteristics:
1. Since the gas valve is arranged on the cylinder head and cylinder neck (the W type is arranged on the cylinder), the area of the cylinder cooling water is increased. The gas compression process is similar to isothermal compression, which reduces power consumption and saves energy by 10%~15%. , the floor area is reduced by 1/2;
2. The disadvantage of uneven wear of the piston of the horizontal pump due to its own weight sagging is improved, and the wear of moving parts such as the piston and connecting rod is reduced;
3. The WL series vertical reciprocating vacuum pump is an oil type , WLW series vertical reciprocating pumps are oil-free.
